Hey yeah i am blogging for the first time in a long time, and i gotta say i don't know what to say.  Man how great it was before, i could just rant as much as i wanted but now i guess i am kind of at a loss for words.  The New Mars Volta cd came out on tuesday and i have listened to it every chance i got.  O man i am so pumped for the Concert on November 5th, it's going to rock my balls off.  I also picked up the tribute to the Mars Volta String Quartet of Deloused in the Comatorium so thats sweet too.  School is gettin pretty interesting, so far i am liking my classes mostly, and i am currently reading "Man's Search For Meaning" by Viktor Frankl, i guess it has been giving me some interesting insights.  Mr. Larson is still one of my favorite teachers. 

O yeah so i guess we had our homecoming dance and festivities.  The dance was pretty fun considering we spent almost 5,000 dollars on a good dj, and he was excellent.  O yeah and i was in the Homecoming court Top 5, and our king is Brendan O'Goreman, man i love that kid.  Uhhh idk what else is new.  I started working at Subway on the last day of school and have proceeded not to work as much as i wanted to, but what can you do.  The football team is 3-0 now since we beat the Mankato West Scarlets so i guess that is pretty exciting.  that pretty much wraps it up tho so i guess i'll blog u later alligators.

Ok Here we go again on another rant about political issues.

So as most of you know today is May 1st, now normally people would be like "Hey Happy May Day!" but today really just seemed really dull at school today.  Most people were probably still tired from Prom on saturday.  But all over the U.S. illegal Mexican imigrants were protesting the new imigration bill by not going to work today.  Common are you kidding me, this is a terrible thing to do.  Not only are they exposing themselves by not showing up at work today but they are also probably going to get fired, not necessarily by the fact that they are illegal, but the fact that they don't show up to work.  One thing i have to say is that Walmart and Taco John's had one hell of a day.  But i guess you really have to give the illegal immigrants props for illegally crossing the border of the U.S. to protest.  And i really love how they wave American Flags, it seems to me that if you wanted to celebrate the fact that you are Mexican, then you should probably wave the Mexican Flag.  I know Imigration is a really touchy subject with a lot of people so here is my opinion: We should not let every other person in this country, think of the diseases that could be spread along with the incredible number of jobs in which the illegals would take away from the hard working citizens.  I think that it is a disgrace and an insult to the people who acctually took the time and the work to become a U.S.citizen.  And some people might be saying "Holy Crap Tony!~ What about the peoplw who come here to find jobs because they can't find jobs in Mexico?" Well holy crap, do we want the U.S. turning into Fucking Mexico!!! If we let in whoever all of the Jobs will be gone faster than you can say "Woody Fuckin Woodpecker" then the hardworking people of the United States would have to go elsewhere to find jobs and so on and so forth moving from country to country illegally sneeking in.  Needless to say the protest today was still fairly small and really was a let down compared to what people thought it was going to be. Walmart did not go out of business, much to my dissmay and taco johns is still here...I think.  But more or less i don't think that today had any effect on Immigration.  We'll just have to see i guess, maybe we will find that 2 million Mexicans are just going back to Mexico in the next few days, and American people could start working at walmart again.

Layin the Smackdown ... One Blog at a time...

All right everybody its time for another rant on the subject of things that have significance on our world.  Not like you care or anything.

I am very sorry to say that a kid from willow creek middle school killed himself earlier this week.  Apparently his parents were on him about his grades and he came home thursday night with some plans for Friday evening.  Because of his declining grades his parents said that he couldn't go out on friday night.  His mother then proceded to take out the trash.  However during this time he told his sister he was so angry that he was going to get the gun and shoot himself.  She obviously didn't believe him.  He then went and got the gun and killed himself on his parents bed.  When i heard this i got that lump in my stomach that i am sure everyone has gotten. 

This leads me to my topic for the post, there is just something wrong with the current generation of kids.  Now as you know i am really really getting sick of all of these 12 year old and younger sluts.  It seems to me that as we get older the incoming freshmen become sluttier and sluttier, wearing skimpier and skimpier clothes.  I can't stand this.  GRRRRRR! Those girls make me so mad, YOU CAN'T WEAR THAT STUFF!!! i guess there is nothing stopping you but you don't want to turn out like Paris Hilton.  Or maybe you do?  If you do you are even stupider then she is.  She along with many other "sex symbols" which i just think are digusting are making millions selling their bodies and now having an influence on the younger population who look up to them as idols.  The problem is that sex has now become a kind of marketing tool that has become so overused that it is part of everyday life, and normal for a 6-18 year old kids to watch the O.C. and see a sex scene every other week.  They look up to the fictional characters of these terrible shows and they see that "Hey they did it on the O.C., maybe i should try it, and everybody else is doing it."  This is absolutely fucking retarted.  I have heard and i don't know if it is true, but apparently there is a 13 year old girl who is pregnant is rochester.  I am pretty sure this is true but i am just going on rumor here so don't quote me.  This is absolutely sick and disgusting.

Violence in children has also become a popular thing.  I know from experience that if you get a bunch of little kids in a group they can turn into a Lord of the Flies bunch.  For example, i was at my friends house and we decided to go outside to see what the kids in the neighborhood were playing, it was kick the can.  So we asked if we could play with them and they agreed, so after about 30 min like any other kids they got bored and we stood around thinking of a new game to play.  Myself being a kid that age once remembered the joys of FREEZE TAG, one of my favorite games.   So i suggested that we play Freeze Tag cause nobody else had suggested anything, they immediately rejected the suggestion.  They could have simply just said that they didn't like freeze tage, but no they proceed to attack me.  First of all, the oldest, the leader, said "No Freeze Tag is gay!  You like Freeze Tag, you must be Gay!!!  Kill the Fat Faggot!!!!!"  (I know, woah wtf where did this 10 year old learn this language and get this attitude from.)  Then all of the kids seemed to say "YEAH!" at the same time as they started to hit me with different objects including, a skateboard, hose, fists, and an attempt with a golf club.  At this time i started running away from the mob of 20 kids aging from 4-10 yelling and screaming "KILL THE FAT FAGGOT."  Kids were now jumping on me and diving for my legs and trying to bring me down while trying to punch and kick me in the scrotum.  Scary. 

This Rant Is Getting Long and Its Getting Late So I am Going To go to bed, more on this later.

Alright, I know i don't write in my blog all that much so when i do i will try and make it a memerable experience for all of you guys who care enough to read it. *in a sarcastic voice*=> "I can't find the way to express myself with words, i'll write a blog so people i don't know will read it and tell me how cool i am."

Ok, so on my agenda for this evening is Prom, alright, where to start.  Uh, dances are really a toss up for me i guess.  If you are to have a good time at a Formal dance in high school one needs to ask the right person.  If you end up going with someone you don't really like then a good time is impossible to have.  I always seem to go into dances with the idea that i am not going to have a good time.  I guess this is just who i am, but i am trying to go into Prom with an Optimistic point of view.  I am going with one of my best friends and i hope we are going to have a great time.  Which brings me to my criticism on the Whole Prom Deal... Ehem...

Asking?  Now asking a girl to prom is something that has gone down in the ages as a task that means a lot.  Today however i feel that asking a girl to Prom in a thoughtful and big way is expected, and if you don't, i'm sorry to say guys but you will get shut down.  It seems to me that girls today need to feel appreciated enough to get asked with plastic cups across the bridge on the way to school or a humongous creation of wood that says "PROM" with a bright light shining on it in front of her house.  The best one though i have heard is definately a blend of creativity, uniqueness and humor.  The guy made a trail of rose petals from the front door of the girls house to the bathroom and on the toilet there was a sign that said "If you're going to go, why not go with me?" Pure Genious.  Now i don't see why a guy just can't ask a girl "Hey, you want to go to prom with me."  Even if the guys know the answer they are still going to get nervous, trying to think of a cute and big way with butterflies in your stomach is a very difficult task.  I think it puts a lot of unneeded stress on the boys.  Now that it is expected to get asked in a big way girls do not appreciate the hard work and dedication as much, and i quote Ray Kurzweil in The Age of Spiritual Machines "Take death for example.

Now this is much like asking a girl in a big way, now that it happens all of the time it becomes unnapreciated and much like time it is no longer important.

And i know a lot of guys who are expecting to "Get Some" on prom night.  They always ask me "Tony, Do you think i am going to get some."  You know what my answer is? Hell No!!! Not with an attitude like that you wont, and unless the girl you are going with is a slut, or is you're girlfriend and you are sexually active and there is something wrong there anyways. You're Freakin 17!!!! WTF  IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!  At first i thought they were joking so i played along, but they have asked me multiple times so i now understand that some guys are huge retarted horn balls.  But hey they are my friends and i'll be honest with them. 

I'm just going to go out and have a great time with some of my friends and have a great dance experience with one of my best friends...You're Awesome Amy!!!
